We have infused our mission for improved energy efficiency in Nigeria to the Oil and Gas regulators by demonstrating its significance with two pioneering implementations. The need for systematic technology driven monitoring of pipeline assets to serve as a cost-effective means of reducing losses and down-time is now established in Nigeria.

Uzo Eziukwu

Group CEO

Uzo is an avid believer that technology and the systemic change it is able to institute, is capable of radically improving the socio-economic plight of Africa. He founded Parkway Projects in 2004. The fin-tech has developed renowned platforms for automating revenue collections, payments and banking for government institutions, businesses and individuals across Africa.

He has since then worked tirelessly to develop business models, technology solutions and focused vehicles to promote tech-driven transformation in high impact sectors. This resulted in the creation of four other sector-leading companies; HealthStation for health in 2012, Outsource Global for business process outsourcing in 2013, Bluetag Technologies for education in 2014 and Bluetag Synergy for oil and gas in 2015.

He serves as Group CEO of Bluetag Group, a holding company for the different tech-companies, from where he provides strategic leadership. A graduate of Electronic Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka, Uzo’s core strengths lie in business strategy, business and financial modeling, systems analysis, project management, team building and mentoring.

Amal Hassan

Amal is a visionary entrepreneur with a passion to contribute positively to the Nigerian IT industry. Her passion to positively contribute to the development of Northern Nigeria motivated her to build, capitalize and restructure a series of technology businesses aimed at developing talents and creating employment particularly for women.

Her mercurial approach to business development, organizational growth and restructuring played a vital role in the crystallization of the Bluetag Group. She founded Outsource Global in 2013. Through her doggedness and determination, Outsource Global is now the leading provider of domestic and international business process outsourcing services in Nigeria, employing 650 graduates, 70% of them women.

Amal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria and a Master degree in Business Administration from the same university. She has immense exposure to the IT industry and has undergone various IT courses and leadership trainings. She currently serves as a Director in Parkway Projects, Healthstation and is the CEO and Managing Partner of Outsource Global.

Emeka Onwuka

Partner

Emeka has a deep passion for Software. His in depth understanding of software frameworks, design and rapid development best practices, combined with his strong business acumen place him at the heart of Bluetag Group’s vision for solving Africa’s socio-economic challenges using technology.

He co-founded Parkway in 2004 and has since then contributed in no small measure to the development of the technology ecosystem in Nigeria. His unyielding pursuit for excellence and innovation has seen Parkway deliver several industry firsts in online payments, online banking and mobile payments. He has led the company to develop a winning business focus and dominant solution around online banking for small and medium businesses, connecting them to their value chain of customers, vendors, banks and government regulators.

A Communications Engineering graduate of the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria, he oversees the technology direction for the Bluetag Group and serves as CEO and Managing Partner of Parkway Projects.

Kelechi Uloh

Group Chief Operating Officer

Kelechi is a proven Administrator with specialty in the areas of Organizational Development and Strategy. His 15 year professional career has seen him play active roles pioneering and promoting business growth and continuity, workforce planning, talent retention management, process development, risk management, compliance and international standards management.

He grew to become a junior partner with Parkway Projects Limited overseeing Human Capital, Risk & Compliance Management. His steadfast commitment to driving productivity, motivation and sustainable growth have since extended to all the companies of the Bluetag Group, leading to his appointment as the Group Chief Operating Officer and his recent appointment as the Chief Executive Officer, HealthStation Limited.

He graduated as the fourth best student of Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He holds a Master degree in Banking and Finance, from Bayero University, Kano and another Master degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), a member of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES), a member of the Human Capital Institute, a member of the Association of Certified Compliance Practitioners in Africa (ACCPA) and an executive member of the Association of Licensed Mobile Payment Operators (ALMPO) of Nigeria. Kelechi is an International Organization for Standardization, ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead Auditor, as certified by the British Standards Institute (BSI).

Financial Controller

Kunle holds a B.sc in Accounting from Southwestern University. He is also a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

He has over a decade’s experience across different industries in the fields of accounting and finance, auditing and controls, tax planning and management, financial and treasury management, business information management, risk and loan management, fund syndication, forensic and fraud management as well as business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

He worked with Stallion Group in various capacities until his recent appointment with Bluetag Group.
